Parents and caregivers are increasingly challenged in how best to support children and adolescents struggling with anxiety, stress, low mood, and other life problems. This workshop is designed for parents and caregivers who wish to learn effective methods to decrease unwanted anxiety and stress, and to encourage their child/teen’s growth and development in an era where resilience, grit, determination, and a growth mindset are increasingly important.
